  • Demystify the understanding of AI and Generative AI (GenAI), and gain the knowledge to use AI and make transformation decisions productively.

  • Build mastery in effective prompting to use GenAI as a thought partner for leadership-related work, including strategic planning and decision making.

  • Elevate thinking with AI by learning how to use AI to enhance & accelerate thinking process, rather than using AI to replace thinking.

  • Clarify "why", "how" and "what" of leading transformation in AI Era through the framework 5 Areas of AI Leadership.

  • Identify AI initiatives by breaking down key processes and analysing the suitability for automation or augmentation through AAH activity.

  • Lead effective change initiatives through a brain-based understanding of how to align motivation and address resistance to change.
