Otti was engaged as Digital AI Transformation Learning Partner by Kian Group, a multinational furniture and interior organisation. Our primary objective was to empower the organisation to develop robust digital capabilities through strategic leadership development, capability building, and actionable roadmapping.

Building an AI-Enabled Organisation

Our engagement with Kian Group included:

Executive Leadership Workshops:

Immersive sessions on AI literacy fundamentals, digital vision creation, and strategic decision-making using the AAH framework (Automate, Augment, Human).

Cross-functional Capability Building:

Collaborative workshops enabling participants across departments to evaluate AI adoption opportunities throughout the organisation departments including management, design, sales, marketing and customer service.

Roadmap Development:

Collaborative sessions that enabled participants to develop an actionable Human-AI Synergy Roadmap, re-strategising core capabilities, key processes, and workforce integration to leverage AI technologies while expanding human potential, complete with clear implementation metrics.

Agile Leadership Development:

Application of the Agile Leadership Index (ALI) methodology to measure and enhance leadership competencies essential for digital transformation.

By the program’s conclusion, leaders had aligned deeply on their AI vision, and strategic direction. They also developed actionable implementation plans with clear metrics and identified high-value AI opportunities within their organisations.

Agile Leadership as the Path Forward

Agile Leadership Index (ALI) is a self-assessment tool designed to measure the key leadership competencies essential for driving organisational agility and digital agility. It is designed in alignment with the IMD World Competitiveness Index ³ criterion of Business Efficiency, specifically focusing on Productivity and Efficiency [3.1], Labour Market [3.2], Management Practices [3.4], and Attitudes & Values [3.5].

The workshop demonstrated significant positive impacts across all measures of the Agile Leadership Index. Participants exhibited the most substantial growth in the following areas:

Organisational AI Strategy:

With a 39% increase (from 3.02 to 4.20), indicating improved ability to develop actionable AI roadmaps for organisational transformation.

Using AI to Enhance Customer Value:

With a 32% increase (from 3.35 to 4.41), highlighting enhanced skills in leveraging AI to improve customer experiences.

Ability to Take Advantage of AI:

With a 30% increase (from 3.41 to 4.43), demonstrating increased confidence in utilising AI technologies effectively.
